Automation Engineer | Industry 4.0 Solutions

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development & implementation of IIoT and Industry 4.0 solutions for industrial automation projects
• To support the sales team in promoting the solutions & products through demonstration and presentation
• Support sales team to calculate engineering services based on or customer requirements
• Coordinate small/midrange projects from specification (FDS/TDS) > software engineering/programming > testing > commissioning > support & maintenance
• Participate in large projects as application engineer
• Train & support our customers

Basic Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Control, Instrument or Mechatronics
• Good knowledge of industrial or process Automation products and other relevant technologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
• Working experience in the field of industrial or process Automation & robotics will be an added advantage

Experience with:

• Design and commissioning of SCADA System
• IT activities like SQL databases, Servers, Virtual Machines, (Industrial) Network
• High-level programming language (C++, .NET, JAVA)
• Software engineering: PLC, SCADA, MES

Automation Engineer | Vision & Robot – 2 Positions

Location : Kuala Lumpur x 1 Position
                   Johor Bahru x 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the sales team in promoting the company’s FA(Factory Automation) products & solutions through presentation and product demonstration
• Manage multiple concurrent industrial automation projects and ensure that project commitments and deadlines are met
• Provide project status reports and serve as primary customer interface for scope, schedule, and budget issues
• Coordinate small/midrange projects from specification (FDS/TDS) > software engineering/programming > testing > commissioning > support & maintenance
• Participate in sales pursuits and proposal development
• Work independently and as part of customer project teams

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics (Robot & Automation), Electrical / Electronics (Control System) or equivalent
• Knowledge in Robotics / Vision, PLC, HMI
• Knowledge of basic programming language / tools: C++ / C Sharp, 2D / 3D CAD
• Exposure in general industry providing technical support in factory automation such as production and packaging lines
• Track record in handling of industrial automation projects as an Application Engineer
• Experience in sales of Automation / Control System products or solutions will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independent, self-motivated and willingness to work overtime
• Provide periodic reports of project status and progress to management
